JOB DESCRIPTION

Familias Unidas is looking for a dynamic, dependable, and experienced LCSW Clinical Supervisor to support our clinical staff and outpatient mental health programs. Familias Unidas serves children, families, and adults, with a focus on the Latinx communities. Familias Unidas also provides an Adult Full Service Partnership program to serve adults with persistent and severe mental illness. 
This is a part-time (20 hours/ week) first-line supervisory level position responsible for day-to-day supervision including the coordination and delegation of work/assignments, guidance, training, staff coverage, and performance evaluations of trainee and intern clinicians in an outpatient community mental health clinic. The Clinical Supervisor also assists and reports to the Clinical Director in administrative functions and overall programming. 
The clinical supervisor provides clinical leadership in areas of clinical assessments, case conferences, treatment plans and strategic interventions to ensure quality service delivery, and oversees the adult Intensive Clinical Case Management Program, provides clinical supervision and direct services, as assigned and within scope of practice, supports the clinical director in leadership, training and guidance to staff, interns and volunteers; reviews, evaluates and/or co-signs documentation, and attends ongoing Clinical Supervisor training as required by the Ca BBS. 
Minimum qualifications: Candidates must possess a valid LCSW and have 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure, sensitivity to the cultures and needs of the Latinx community, positive attitude and a natural inclination to focus on strengths, willingness to be flexible about roles and responsibilities, professionalism, good written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, computer skills (Word, Outlook). Spanish speaking is a plus. 
Compensation: $37,440/year for a 20 hour work week. Flexible schedule.
