We are seeking a School-Based Outpatient Therapist to join our compassionate team of professionals. The dedicated therapist will work with local middle school and high schools.

Responsibilities
Intake, treatment assessments, and treatment plan development.
Individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
Maintains and timely completes records and documentation.
Rotating on-call to complete Mental Health Reform and Medicaid Pre-Admission assessments.
Professional development through continuing education and professional reading.

Key Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain positive and flexible under work pressure.
Possess sound judgement in crisis and routine situations.
Computer skills and proficiency with applications and center specific applications.

Qualifications
Master’s or doctoral degree
Licensed through the BSRB
Must pass KBI, DCF abuse registry, motor vehicle screening, and background checks
Must have reliable and insured transportation
