About the job: We are currently seeking a Crisis Services Manager & Clinical Coordinator who will assist in overseeing our day-to-day clinical operations and provide ongoing supervision to our 24/7 on-demand “crisis service” support line. This individual will also be responsible for providing clinical leadership, fostering superior quality patient care, standardizing clinical protocols, developing clinical strategic goals and program expansion, and contributing to the recruitment and retention of clinical staff.
What You’ll Do: Your primary responsibility will be running TBH's 24/7 on-demand support line. Here, you’ll oversee our coaches on the line, take calls periodically, help with escalation, and build out training. Additional responsibilities include:
- Manage and help build a world-class community of mental health professionals to join the clinical team; ensure availability of adequate and reliable staff across all areas of operation
-Devise and refine quality assurance standards
-Design and implement clinical escalation and reporting protocols
-Handle on demand support inquiries as needed
- Review data on wait times, clinical outcomes, and overall program efficacy
About you:
- 1+ years with crisis support or mental health first aid
- 5+ years experience as a mental health clinician (master or doctorate level)
- Fully licensed in the State CA
