Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee ABA programs.
Conduct behavioral and skills assessments.
Design and maintain individualized treatment programs.
Supervise and collaborate with teams implementing treatment plans.
Complete weekly program writing and maintain program books.
Provide parent and family training, including monthly clinic and progress meetings.
Monitor programs through observations, data collection, and data analysis.
Deliver direct and indirect behavioral services to clients in individual and group sessions as needed.
Contribute to a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Licensed in Oklahoma (OK).
Knowledge of behavior analytic interventions.
Experience conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments.
Experience in emergency/crisis intervention.
Preferred: Supervision experience with RBTs.
