Requirements:
Licensure: Must be licensed in the State of Ohio by the CSWMFT Board as an LISW, LPCC, or IMFT, or be professionally licensed to provide clinical supervision of behavioral health services.
Education: Master's degree in a related field required.
Experience: Experience supervising clinicians and providing behavioral health services is preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; experience with documentation, training, and program development; proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Certifications: First Aid, CPR, Verbal/Physical De-escalation training; FSO required professional development trainings.
Other: Valid Ohio Driver's License, must pass BCI and drug screening, maintain valid car insurance.
Credentialing: Must have an active Medicaid Number and NPI.
