The clinician will deliver mental health services to an adult incarcerated population within the facility's Health Services unit, operating on a full-time day shift schedule. Responsibilities include conducting mental health assessments (MHAs) and mental health quality assessments (MQAs), providing brief individual therapy sessions, and facilitating limited group therapy. The clinician will manage a caseload of approximately 4-5 patients per day and serve as a mental health consultant and resource to correctional and facility staff. Required documentation and administrative responsibilities must be completed in accordance with facility protocols, with additional mental health-related duties assigned as needed.
