Responsibilities also include providing individual and group therapy using evidence-based modalities (DBT, ACT, CBT, CT-R), participating in Recovery Team meetings, contributing to treatment plans, completing progress notes, admissions, and annual assessments, and attending hospital meetings while collaborating with staff through clinical interviews, chart reviews, and behavioral observations.
