The clinician will provide comprehensive psychological services in a residential psychiatric facility serving patients with acute and chronic mental health needs. Primary responsibilities include conducting thorough initial patient assessments, administering and interpreting psychometric testing, and maintaining detailed treatment documentation including progress notes and treatment plans. The psychologist will facilitate both individual and group therapy programs while supervising and mentoring master's-level therapists. Additional duties include overseeing treatment unit programs and utilizing electronic health record systems for accurate clinical documentation and charting throughout the full-time day shift schedule.
