The clinician will provide comprehensive psychological services in an outpatient psychiatry practice focused on children, adolescents, and adults. Primary responsibilities include conducting diagnostic evaluations, ADHD assessments, and psychological testing to support treatment planning while receiving consistent referrals from an in-house Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist. The clinician will collaborate with psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners in an integrated behavioral health team and provide evidence-based therapy including CBT, trauma-informed care, and supportive therapy. The position requires managing cases involving depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, adjustment disorders, mood disorders, and treatment-resistant depression with a caseload of 6-8 patients per day depending on evaluation versus therapy schedule.
