The clinician will provide comprehensive psychological services to adult patients in a forensic inpatient unit Monday through Friday during full-time day shifts totaling 40 hours per week. Responsibilities include conducting individual therapy sessions for patients with diagnoses including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, substance abuse issues, and personality issues. The position requires maintaining accurate clinical documentation using the EMR system and adhering to established protocols for mental health care delivery within the forensic setting. The clinician will manage a therapeutic caseload while collaborating with facility staff to ensure coordinated care for the adult population with no call requirements.
