This outpatient behavioral health facility provides comprehensive mental health services with an interdisciplinary team approach. The facility maintains established protocols for psychological evaluations and therapeutic interventions while utilizing electronic health record systems for clinical documentation and care coordination.

The clinician will conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning for an adult population while working full-time day shifts totaling 40 hours per week. Responsibilities include delivering individual therapy and group therapy sessions, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychiatric NPs/PAs, therapists, case managers, nurses, and peer support staff to ensure coordinated care delivery. The position requires maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EHR system while supporting crisis stabilization and making appropriate referrals to higher or lower levels of care. The clinician will provide comprehensive care for individuals with mood and anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, SMI, and co-occurring substance use disorders.
