Job Headline: Clinical Psychologist Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Large Inpatient Hospital in Junction City, Oregon
A large inpatient hospital is seeking a clinical psychologist for locum tenens coverage.
Junction City is located just outside of Eugene, Oregon! While on assignment, relax and unwind by enjoying the beautiful outdoors and visiting the Pfeiffer Winery, Bush's Fern View Farm, or the Lane County Historical Museum!
This is a full-time assignment. The Psychologist will work with interdisciplinary treatment teams to meet with assessment, behavioral intervention, and therapy needs of individuals with serious mental illness. Tasks will include consulting with other team members, providing individual and group therapy, completing suicide risk assessments, completing a structured short-term assessment of risk (the facility uses the Short Term Assessment of Risk and Treatability), developing behavioral interventions, and contributing to case conceptualization and treatment planning. Credentialing takes 45-60 days.
