Position Overview
We are seeking a School-Based Mental Health Professional to provide counseling, assessments, and behavioral support to students in an educational setting. This role focuses on improving students’ emotional well-being, behavior, and academic success through direct care and collaboration with school staff and families.

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Provide individual and group counseling
✔️ Conduct mental health assessments and screenings
✔️ Develop and implement intervention plans
✔️ Support students with behavioral and emotional challenges
✔️ Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
✔️ Participate in IEP/504 meetings
✔️ Maintain accurate and confidential documentation
✔️ Provide referrals to external resources as needed
✅ Qualifications
✔️ Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
✔️ Active state license (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) preferred
✔️ School certification (if required)
✔️ Experience working with children and adolescents preferred
✔️ Strong communication, crisis intervention, and collaboration skills
✔️ Cultural competency and organizational skills
