🌟 Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Psychologist for a primarily administrative role within a structured, team-oriented environment. This position focuses on oversight, coordination, and continuity of care for mental health patients, with a balanced clinical component.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative oversight for mental health services
Manage case coordination for patients with mental health needs
Oversee care for high-risk populations, including suicide watch and sex offender admissions
Participate in collaborative, multidisciplinary team planning
Assign and manage new patient intakes (weekly)
Ensure continuity of care, including required 90-day follow-ups
Support medication management oversight in coordination with medical staff
📅 Weekly Structure
Mandatory administrative meetings: Tuesday & Thursday
Intake assignments from incoming population: Monday
Patient volume: Approximately 2–4 per day
✅ Qualifications
Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
Active Florida license (or ability to obtain)
Experience in correctional or high-acuity settings preferred
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
