About the clinician's workday

Clinicians in this role will provide full-time inpatient psychiatric services for adult patients on a 7 on/7 off schedule, working 12-hour day and night shifts on-site in Wisconsin. Clinical responsibilities include inpatient psychiatric care, participation in treatment-team meetings, coordination with nursing and social work, discharge planning, medication management, court and involuntary-treatment responsibilities, and peer-to-peer reviews. Call coverage is required for this assignment, with a 20-minute response time. On-site support staff include APPs, Residents, and Fellows.
