SUMO Medical Staffing is recruiting experienced Psychiatrists (MD/DO) for a locum tenens opportunity in Morgantown, West Virginia. This role supports a 3‑month maternity leave with a predictable weekday schedule and no call responsibilities.

Position Details-
Start: Estimated July 1, 2026 (as soon as credentialed)
Coverage: 3‑month assignment | Up to 4 physicians
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00a–5:00p
Call: None
Setting: Adult inpatient psychiatry | 25 beds
Patient Volume: 11–16 patients per day
Clinical Work: Med checks and med checks with therapy
Support: Full support staff available
EMR: Cerner
Travel: Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage included

Requirements-
Active, unrestricted West Virginia medical license
Board Certified in Psychiatry
DEA in hand
Minimum 1 year experience
BLS required
CV in MM/YYYY format with all 30+ day gaps explained
