✨ Psychiatrist Opportunity – Federal Residential Program ✨
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week
📅 Assignment: 6-month initial contract
📍 Setting: Primarily onsite (telehealth flexibility possible)

Join a mission-driven team leading a comprehensive mental health program within a federal residential setting. This role offers the opportunity to provide impactful psychiatric care to a diverse population—including adults, children, and adolescents—while shaping program quality and mentoring clinical staff.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Prescribe and manage medications
Provide individual and group counseling services
Deliver care across adult and pediatric populations
Manage complex cases, including civil commitments and legal documentation
Supervise, mentor, and support multidisciplinary staff
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
✅ Qualifications
Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist
Active U.S. medical license
U.S. Citizenship (required)
Ability to obtain federal clearance (approx. 4–6 weeks)
Experience in residential, correctional, or high-acuity settings preferred
Strong leadership and clinical oversight capabilities
