About the clinician's workday

The psychiatrist will provide full-time outpatient psychiatric services to adult patients in a community mental health setting, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for a total of 40 hours per week. Clinical responsibilities include conducting 60-minute psychiatric evaluations for new patients and managing follow-up appointments of 15-30 minutes for established patients presenting with conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, PTSD, and paranoia. Documentation is completed using the EPIC EMR system, with an 80/20 split between direct patient care and administrative duties. No call requirements are associated with this assignment.
