Job description

A non-profit community mental health center is seeking a psychiatrist for locum tenens coverage.
Be sure to hit up the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall on your assignment. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is home to some of the most historic sites as well as the classic Philly cheese steak!
The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM via Telehealth.

Dates Needed:  May - September 2024
Case Load/PPD:  depends on mix of evals/med checks
Shift Type:  Day Shift
Assignment Type:  Outpatient
Assignment Duration:  Locums
Shift Hours:  Full time (40 hours)
Initial Evaluation Time:  2 hours
Cases Treated:  Adult and Child psychiatry for General Psychiatry in the outpatient setting
Call Required:  No
Board Certification Required:  Negotiable
Prescriptive Authority Required:  Yes
Patient Population:  All Ages
Support Staff:  have therapists and support staff in addition to the MD
Government:  No
