About the facility

An inpatient facility in North Dakota is seeking locum tenens psychiatric coverage beginning September 2026 for a period of 3-6 months. The facility maintains a structured clinical environment supported by a multidisciplinary team, including 5 Physicians, 3 PMHNPs, 6 NPs, a mental health tech, and an RN. This on-site assignment is designed to ensure continuity of psychiatric care for the adult population served.

About the clinician's workday

Clinicians in this role will provide full-time inpatient psychiatric services for adult patients, working Monday through Friday during day shifts, totaling 40 hours per week on-site. Clinical responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations and providing medication management for the adult inpatient population. Call coverage is negotiable and available as an option for this assignment. An active North Dakota medical license or Letter of Qualification (LOQ) is required, and prescriptive authority is required for all clinicians considered for this position.
