Psychiatrist – Full-Time | Inpatient & PHP

Location: Fargo, North Dakota
Position Type: Full-Time, W2 (On-Site Only)

Schedule:
Monday – Friday with participation in call rotation (approximately 2 weekends per quarter)

A well-established behavioral health system in Fargo, ND is seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to join a collaborative care team. This role includes a mix of inpatient and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)/Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) responsibilities, working with both adult and adolescent populations.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Manage a daily caseload of approximately 14–22 patients

• Provide care across Inpatient and PHP/IOP settings

Inpatient Duties:

• New admissions

• Follow-up evaluations

• Medication management

• Discharges

• Participation in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings

PHP/IOP Duties:

• Treat adult and/or child & adolescent patients

• Provide care for outpatient cases requiring MD oversight due to insurance requirements

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified Psychiatrist

• Must be able to work on-site (no remote option)
