Start as soon as credentialing is complete, start with 3-month assignment
20 hours per week, 8:30a – 6:30p, prefer the 2 – 10 hours a week are back to back, HP will attend each day on shift morning team meeting at the Charlotte office at 8:30a (can be up to 2 hours depending on the patient census and complexity, no 7 on 7 off schedule, no telehealth options.
5-6 patients per day
Prefer BC candidates with recent adult outpatient experience, will consider BE candidate within 5 years of residency, Active NC license, NC DEA, and Enrolled in Medicaid in NC.
4-6 weeks for credentialing, start as soon as completed.
