About the clinician's workday
The clinician will be meeting in the morning at the centralized office and disperse from there to see scheduled patients on a community level. The clinician will be responsible for the medication management of existing and new ACTT patients. There is a low volume of patients seen per day and the clinician will need to be on top of documentation for this assignment.
