About the clinician's workday

Clinicians in this role will provide full-time inpatient psychiatric services for an adult forensic population, working day shifts totaling 40 hours per week on-site. Each clinician is assigned 25 patients who are seen weekly and more frequently as needed on general units; rounds on admission and intensive treatment units are conducted daily. Clinicians provide cross-coverage as needed, and court evaluation responsibilities may include competency to stand trial evaluations. There may be some opportunity for in-house call coverage.
