Lead Psychiatrist in our Crisis stabilization unit will be responsible for the following:
- Oversight chart reviews
- Maintain standards are upheld as well as prescribing practices are followed
- Provider will not have a clinical caseload, but will need to step-in as needed
- Optimize unit and become the collaborator for PMHNP working weekend shifts
- Assist with recruiting and hiring
Qualifications:
- Must be Board Certified
- Must have leadership experience
- Unit is 100% adults (15 beds)
- No call
- Must have inpatient OR crisis program experience
