Job description

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join a healthcare facility in Columbus, Georgia. This full-time opportunity offers a predictable weekday schedule, no call responsibilities, and competitive compensation.

The physician will provide outpatient psychiatric care, seeing an average daily census of 12–14 patients with 60-minute evaluations for new patients and 30-minute follow-up appointments. Providers will maintain accurate documentation using the CPRS EMR system.

Start Date: July/August 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Patient Volume: Average 12–14 patients per day
Appointment Lengths: 60 minutes for new evaluations, 30 minutes for follow-ups
EMR: CPRS
Credentialing: 6–8 weeks
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
Must have worked clinically within the last 6 months
