ADULT PSYCHIATRIST NEEDED - Georgia - Hybrid Schedule

An outstanding opportunity is available for a Psychiatrist seeking the perfect combination of clinical care, leadership, and flexibility within a supportive Community Services Board (CSB) outpatient setting. This hybrid role allows you to balance meaningful patient care with administrative influence while enjoying an excellent work-life balance.

Position Highlights
Full-time hybrid schedule
Onsite only 2–3 days per week
Tuesday onsite required for treatment team meetings
Flexible hours with evening availability until 7 PM
50% clinical / 50% administrative responsibilities
Low daily volume — approximately 4 patients per day

Leadership & Administrative Responsibilities
Supervise up to 4 Nurse Practitioners
Support a team of 9 NPs
Review policies and provide clinical guidance
Sign off on scripts and clinical notes
Participate in teaching and team development
Manage more complex adult psychiatric cases
Collaborate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings
Patient Population
Adult outpatient population ages 18+
Higher-acuity and complex psychiatric cases
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist
Active Georgia Medicaid & Medicare enrollment required
Comfortable in both clinical and leadership capacities
ASAP start preferred
