The psychiatrist will provide clinical oversight and support to psychiatric clinicians including MDs, APRNs, and PAs while participating in leadership meetings to guide program development and quality initiatives. Clinical duties include reviewing complex patient cases with limited direct patient care as needed during part-time day shifts totaling 20 hours per week. The clinician will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including therapists, nursing, and case management while contributing to workflow improvements and overall service delivery across programs. Initial evaluations are scheduled for 60 minutes with medication checks lasting 30 minutes.
