About the clinician's workday

The psychiatrist will provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric care for adults during full-time day shifts with no call requirements. Clinical responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management within a collaborative multidisciplinary care environment. The clinician will work closely with therapists, case managers, nurses, and interdisciplinary treatment teams while serving as the medical team representative. Additional duties include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, participating in quality assurance initiatives, and providing ongoing psychiatric treatment with focus on both mental health and substance use treatment.
