Child/Adolescent Inpatient Psychiatrist – Part-Time Locums
Setting: Inpatient Child/Adolescent Psychiatry
Start: ASAP
Schedule: Part-time, as needed; coverage typically in 5-day blocks
Shift: Primarily 8-hour shifts with 14-hour call
Patient Population: Ages 5–17
Volume: Approximately 12–14 patients per day
Cases: All psychiatric disorders
Responsibilities: Inpatient psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment
Required Experience: Child/adolescent inpatient psychiatry
Treatment Modalities: Pharmacotherapy, CBT, supportive therapy, and family therapy
Call: Possible week-on call coverage
