The psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric care for adults with severe mental illness in a county-operated behavioral health system, conducting thorough evaluations and medication management for individuals requiring structured residential-style support. Clinical duties include performing 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute medication checks while working flexible schedules with a minimum of 25 hours per week onsite. The clinician will collaborate with case managers, nursing staff, and crisis services to develop treatment plans and coordinate care for vulnerable adults transitioning between community services and housing resources within the county's behavioral health continuum.
