-Outpatient

-Patients seen: Ages 18-65

-Schedule: 24 hours a week

- Monday thru Friday; 8:30AM -5:00 PM (3 days/week)

-MediCare required

-Med Check 30 min/ 90 min evals

-3-4 weeks credentialing time

  • Covers malpractice insurance
  • Minimum 6 month contract
  • Will license
