💰 Compensation: $200/hour

📅 Start Date: August 2026 (Credentialing: 6–8 Weeks)

Position Highlights

✅ Outpatient-Only Practice

Provider Requirements

Required Qualifications:

ABPN Board Certified
Active Medical License in Any U.S. State
Active DEA Registration
Current BLS Certification
