Start Date: ASAP (60-120 days credentialing)
Shift Details: 5x8 hour days - Can be flexible with specific start/end times (ie. 8-5, 9-6, etc)
Schedule: M-F
Work Details:
· Support staff: MAs
· Amount of coverage needed per month: fulltime
· New patients: 1-hour assessments
· Follow-ups: 30-minute appointments
· Patient population/age: Large population age 6-12 but must be able to see full life cycle (children, adolescents, and adults)
· Department description: Provides psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and psychotherapy for children and adults in a community mental health clinic. Will work effectively as a mental health team to assist individuals and families in solving physical, mental, and social health problems.
· EMR: CareLogic
· E-prescribing: Dr. First Tech
· Skills required: Ability to conduct initial and updated psychiatric evaluations, routine follow-up care, and medication management. Must have prescriptive authority
Practice Setting:
· Hybrid - mostly onsite between 3 practice locations and some telehealth
· Clinic/Private Practice
· Telemedicine
Requirements:
· Board Certification: PMHNP
· License required: OR
· DEA: Active DEA Registration number required
· Must have prescriptive authority
· Must have a Medicaid number
· Minimum experience preferred: 2 years
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-120 days
