Job Description

We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join a well-established behavioral health organization providing comprehensive mental health and social services to children, families, couples, and individuals.

This is a full-time hybrid outpatient position with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team focused on client-centered care and measurable outcomes. Patients are required to be seen on site monthly.
