- Full-time (M-Th, 8am-8pm) - can be 12hr days or 4-10hr days
- Mix of OP & IP (Provider will NOT do IP admits or discharges)
- 20–40 PPD
- 20–30 min follow-ups | longer for initial evals
- Must be able to manage controlled substances (e.g., buprenorphine/Suboxone)
- Must have addiction experience
- Support staff
Requirements:
- Independent prescriber
- Medicare / NY Medicaid
- Active DEA
- NY License
