Telehealth PMHNP – Ketamine Clinic | NY/NJ Required | Part-Time

Job description

We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to support a remote ketamine treatment program serving adult patients (18+). This role focuses on initial clinical evaluations and patient screening for program eligibility.

Conduct remote psychiatric clinical evaluations for ketamine treatment candidates
Complete approximately 4–5 initial evaluations per day
Determine patient eligibility for the treatment program
Coordinate scheduling for physician intake appointments
Provide clear clinical documentation and assessment summaries

Flexible part-time schedule (20–25 hours per week)
Typically 4–5 hours per day, 5 days per week
Shifts may alternate between morning and evening hours (9:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
High scheduling flexibility available

Active PMHNP license required
Must hold NY and NJ licenses
DEA registration likely required (NY and NJ)
Medicaid/Medicare enrollment may be required (pending confirmation)
Comfortable working independently in a telehealth environment

Fully remote position
Adult population only (18+)
Experience with ketamine treatment programs preferred but not required
Strong attention to clinical screening accuracy and patient flow management
