The psychiatric nurse practitioner will provide inpatient behavioral health coverage across three on-site units totaling 36 beds, serving adults and adolescents between the ages of 8 and 17, alongside one additional APP and a psychiatrist. Call coverage is required, with a 1:3 ratio during day hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and a 1:4 ratio during night hours (5:00 PM - 8:00 AM). Day call responsibilities include taking calls for admissions and seeing an average of 2 consults per day. The assignment requires 20-22 shifts per month on-site, with board certification required.
