The psychiatric nurse practitioner will provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for young adults in a collaborative counseling center environment. Clinical responsibilities include treating common student mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, stress management, adjustment disorders, and mood disorders through a mix of initial psychiatric evaluations and follow-up medication management appointments. The clinician will work closely with an interdisciplinary behavioral health team including psychologists, therapists, counseling staff, and onsite medical providers in a low-acuity outpatient setting focused on wellness and continuity of care. The position offers a flexible part-time schedule averaging approximately 8 hours per week.
