Position Overview
Setting: Residential Treatment Program – Detox Center
Patient Population: Adults (18+)
Average Length of Stay (ALOS): 3–7 days
Some patients may stay up to 28 days as part of the detox program
Schedule
Primary Need: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Also Open To: Coverage including weekends (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Call: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM daily (100% telephone call)
7 on / 7 off model: Open to this schedule if full 7on/7off coverage can be secured
Client will prioritize candidates who can cover M–F
Patient Volume & Responsibilities
3–4 admissions/discharges per day
Provider will also work in the bridging clinic
Detox-focused treatment environment
Required Qualifications
PMHNP or Psychiatrist (PSY)
Psychiatrist preference: Board Certified (BC)
PMHNP must have at least 1 year of practice experience
MUST have addiction medicine experience
Medicare & Medicaid experience preferred
Support Staff
1 Nurse
2 Peer Techs
On-site supervisor available for PMHNPs
