We, with the Connecticut Mental Health Center (CMHC), are seeking qualified individuals for our open Administrative and Operations Director (PCN 26448) within our Administration Department. The Connecticut Mental Health Center is located at 34 Park Street, in New Haven. This is a full-time forty (40) hour per week position. The work schedule is 1st shift, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. 
 
REPORTING TO THE CMHC CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, YOU WILL DISCOVER THE OPPORTUNITY TO: 
 
-Serve in the capacity of the lead clinical/hospital administrator 
-Be responsible for the management and direction of all critically important functions of our center 
-Serve as the center-wide compliance officer, ensuring that the facility meets all legal, regulatory and ethical requirements and standards 
 
When it opened in 1966, CMHC was part of a new vision: to treat people with mental illness in their communities, to provide a place for researchers from many fields to find new treatments, and to teach professionals in the care of mental illness. The Connecticut Mental Health Center is an urban community mental health center with an exceptional tradition of serving individuals with serious mental illness.
