🧠 Inpatient Psychiatrist – North Carolina

Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 7 on / 7 off (Monday to Monday)
Setting: Inpatient Psychiatry
Patient Population: Adults Only
Location: North Carolina (On-site only)
EMR: EPIC

🏥 Facility & Unit Details

Unit Type: Acute General Psychiatry

Beds: 24–26-bed unit

Average Length of Stay: 3–5 days

Support Staff: PMHNP rounds with Psychiatrist

Call: Rotating call schedule

Schizophrenia

Schizoaffective Disorder

Bipolar Disorder

Dual Diagnosis (Substance Use + Psychiatric Disorders)

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist

Comfortable managing acute adult psychiatric cases

Team-oriented with strong inpatient experience

Must be eligible for NC licensure
