About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a growing behavioral health organization seeking a Staff Psychiatrist to join its adult outpatient team.

The care model focuses on thoughtful treatment and collaboration across clinical disciplines.
This is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatrist seeking a fully remote, W-2 position with flexible scheduling and a $340,000 annual salary.
Position Overview
The Staff Psychiatrist will provide 100% telehealth-based adult outpatient psychiatric care, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment planning.
The patient population includes adults with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and other common behavioral health conditions.
Schedule & Practice Details
Full-Time: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Flexible between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET
Setting: Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health
Work Model: 100% Telehealth/Remote
Employment: W-2
Caseload: Approximately 320 patients
Initial Appointments: 40 minutes
Follow-Up Appointments: 30 minutes
EHR: Healthie
Scheduling expectations and patient volume will be reviewed during the interview process.
Primary Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for adult patients.
Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric treatment.
Diagnose and treat anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and other common behavioral health conditions.
Develop individualized care plans based on each patient’s clinical needs, biology, lifestyle, and goals.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
Collaborate with clinical leadership, administrative staff, and other members of the care team.
Participate in care coordination and patient follow-up as needed.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
Active, unrestricted New York State medical license, or ability to obtain New York licensure.
MUST currently reside in New York State.
No out-of-state or out-of-country candidates will be considered.
Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care to adult patients.
Comfortable treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and other common behavioral health conditions.
Strong clinical judgment and a patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative teams in a virtual outpatient environment.
