🍂 Position Highlights
Setting: Inpatient (Adults – Forensic & Sexual Predator Programs)
Schedule: Full-Time (Mon–Fri or 4x10)
Caseload: Rounding on 17–25 patients per month
Commitment: 3-month minimum with strong potential to extend long-term
Credentialing: Quick, 2-week process (start before the first snow! ❄️)
EMR: Meta
🌻 About the Facility
Your work will be equally divided between two unique settings:
🏥 Forensic Psychiatric Hospital – Treat adults with severe mental illness, many admitted via the criminal court system (Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity).
🌰 Sexual Predator Facility – Provide therapeutic care and rehabilitation within a structured, court-mandated recovery program.
You’ll be surrounded by a strong interdisciplinary team of physicians, psychologists, nurses, social workers, pharmacists, counselors, recreation therapists, and more — all dedicated to holistic, person-centered care.
🍃 Requirements
Experience with severely mentally ill and/or forensic/correctional populations
Board Certification: Not required
Active Missouri Medical License required
