Position Overview / 职位简介
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to be part of an innovative, integrative care model.

Key Responsibilities / 工作职责
Provide individual and/or family therapy sessions
提供个体及/或家庭心理咨询服务
Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans
进行心理评估并制定治疗方案
Diagnose and treat common mental health conditions
诊断并治疗常见心理问题（如焦虑、抑郁等）
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
完整、及时记录临床文档
Collaborate with wellness providers for integrated care

Participate in community outreach or workshops (optional)

Qualifications / 任职要求
Active Texas license: LCSW or LPC（必须持有德州执照）
Strong clinical and communication skills（具备良好的专业能力与沟通能力）
Experience with adults, seniors, or diverse populations preferred
有成人、老年人或多元文化群体经验优先
Bilingual (English / Chinese) preferred
中英文双语优先
