Key Responsibilities
βοΈ Review and adjudicate complex psychological cases to resolve discrepancies
βοΈ Provide expert consultation and training to DDDS adjudicative staff
βοΈ Conduct or oversee psychometric testing to support evaluations
βοΈ Ensure compliance with DDDS protocols and federal guidelines
βοΈ Participate in quarterly meetings to refine adjudication processes

Qualifications
βοΈ Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, or EdD) in Psychology
βοΈ Current, unrestricted Washington State license in Clinical Psychology
βοΈ 2+ years post-graduate clinical training/experience
βοΈ 1+ year post-Masterβs clinical experience
βοΈ 5+ years DDDS consultation experience (preferred)
Technical Skills:
βοΈ Proficiency in psychometric testing, medical record review, federal disability regulations
Soft Skills:
βοΈ Analytical reasoning, clear communication, collaborative problem-solving
Additional Requirements:
βοΈ No exclusion from federal healthcare programs
βοΈ Licensed to conduct business in Washington
βοΈ Commitment to attend quarterly consultant meetings
