Job Title: Psychological Evaluation Director

Organization: Mental Pain and Trauma Center

Job Summary:

The Mental Pain and Trauma Center in Dallas, Texas is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Psychological Evaluation Director. As the Psychological Evaluation Director, you will be responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction, and oversight to our psychological evaluation services. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the well-being of individuals affected by mental pain and trauma by leading a dedicated team of professionals in the delivery of high-quality psychological assessments.


Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute a strategic vision for the psychological evaluation department in alignment with the center's mission and goals.

Identify opportunities for program expansion, improvement, and innovation.

Team Management:

Lead and inspire a team of psychological evaluators, and support staff.

Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and excellence.

Program Development:

Design, implement, and manage comprehensive psychological evaluation programs to meet the unique needs of individuals experiencing mental pain and trauma.

Stay abreast of the latest research, best practices, and advancements in psychological assessment and report writing.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure the highest standards of quality and ethical conduct in all aspects of psychological evaluation. Establish and monitor protocols for assessment procedures, documentation, and confidentiality. Work with editing staff to ensure quality psychological report writing and timely delivery.


Work collaboratively with other departments and external stakeholders to integrate psychological evaluation services into the center's holistic approach to mental health care.
