✔️ Conduct mental health assessments and diagnostics for incarcerated patients
✔️ Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
✔️ Create and manage personalized treatment plans
✔️ Collaborate closely with correctional staff and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
✔️ Respond to mental health crises and deliver timely interventions
✔️ Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to clinical and ethical standards
✅ Qualifications
✔️ Licensure: Active Alabama license – LCSW, LPC, or equivalent
✔️ Certification: Current BLS
✔️ Experience: 1+ year in behavioral health (correctional, forensic, or acute settings preferred)
✔️ Technical Skills: Skilled in trauma-informed care, treatment planning, crisis response
✔️ Soft Skills: Strong communicator, culturally competent, calm under pressure
