• Opportunities for Promotion & Leadership:
In joining our practice you will have the unique opportunity to fast track/be promoted into leadership positions and other opportunities (Lead Clinicial, Clinical Director, Clinical Site Manager, Group Therapy Lead, Retreat Facilitor, Creative Director etc.) AND/OR join the Private Practice Mentorship Program (we train and coach our clinicians to run their own private practice with a 2 year committment agreement).

• Compensation:
- Associate Therapists: $32.00 to $40.00 per hour, $4437.33 to $5546.67 depending on experience and clinical supervision hours needed (salary calculation based on 32 hour work week)
- Licensed Therapists: $45.00 to $65.00 per hour. $6240.00.00 to $ 9013.33 approximately per month (32 hour work week)
