Serenity Bean Therapy, Professional Corp. is a growing group practice seeking California licensed clinicians to serve as Clinical Supervisor / Clinical Lead. This role is ideal for a fully licensed therapist who enjoys mentoring developing clinicians and contributing to the growth of a supportive clinical team. Role Overview
The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical supervision to associate therapists working toward licensure while also supporting the clinical quality and development of the practice.
Responsibilities include facilitating group supervision, providing triad supervision for associates, and supporting clinical operations through designated administrative leadership time.
This is a part-time leadership opportunity (approximately 10 hours per week) and may be an excellent fit as a side position alongside a private practice or other clinical role.

Estimated Weekly Structure
Client Therapy Session (Approx. 20 Hours)
Clinical Supervision (Approx. 5 Hours)
- Three (3) one-hour triad supervision groups
- (Two associates per group – six associates total)
- One (1) two-hour group supervision meeting
These supervision hours are designed to support case consultation, professional development, and licensure supervision requirements.
Administrative / Leadership Time
Approximately 3.5 to 5 hours per week dedicated to:
- Clinical consultation with practice owner
- Supporting associate development
- Reviewing clinical documentation standards
- Assisting with practice clinical systems and procedures
- Supporting the overall quality of care within the practice
Compensation
$65 per hour – Client therapy sessions
$100 per hour – Triad supervision sessions
$150 per session – Two-hour group supervision
$30 per hour – Administrative leadership time
Qualifications
- Active California license: LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in good standing
- Licensed for at least 2 years and eligible to provide clinical supervision
- Experience supervising or mentoring associate clinicians preferred
- Strong interest in clinical leadership and developing therapists
- Commitment to ethical and high-quality clinical practice
